We always go right after Thanksgiving, and for the past three years have gotten free DP. As others have said, there is never a guarantee, but it seems like a common time for them to offer it. I love the beginning of December! As stated previously the weather can vary widely. We've had a trip that started off with coats and ended up with short sleeves and capris. The day we left it started another cold snap.
