We enjoyed it so much in Guaymas that we decided we wanted to live there. We returned to Alberta, Canada just long enough to sell everything we owned and have now moved here. Stay tuned for all the adventures we will have in our new life in our adopted country.
Earlier rental car italy this month we went to the INM office (immigration office) to see what we needed for our paperwork this year. I always like to check with them first so that when we actually go into the office to do it I am comfortable rental car italy that I have what they want.
We could either leave the country, return and pay for a tourist rental car italy permit and then come back to the office and apply for another FM3 OR we could just apply for an FMI (former FM2) without leaving the country.
We opted for the FMI rather than making a trip NOB when we didn't need to. They told us what we needed and as I also wanted to changed my designation to "Artista y Deportista" from "rentista" so that I can sell my artwork, I had a few extra things to do, such as going to Hacienda and getting a tax number.
Once we had everything covered, I filled the forms in online and we returned to the office with our paperwork. After a couple of days I checked the website and was surprised to see that it said we should go back to the office, very speedy.
We went to the office and were given the papers to go and pay at the bank which we did and also got the necessary copies made of the payment slips; unfortunately by the time we were done with this the INM office was closed for the day. Their hours are 8AM to 12 noon. It was Friday and the weekend of Independence Day so when the guard told us to come back on Monday rental car italy I asked him if they were open Monday. I expected them to have a "puente" or long weekend. He told me they would be open.
Brenda - Would they only accept your social security income and nothing else? That s what they told me and I don t get $2000 a month in Social security so I can t get an FM2~! Used to be they would accept other sources of money like savings etc. No more........has caused big problems for many.
Steve: who knows you may be told something different lol. What year is your truck, is it still within the importation years? Personally I don t think I would bother going through all that bother; but I am lazy lol. It was just easier for us to buy a vehicle here rather than buying one up north and trying to import it with all the costs attached. rental car italy Not sure when you have to renew; but I hear over the grapevine that the rules are going to change again in November; but who knows?
