We are so excited about the “beary” good show that will be held at the Marjorie S. Dean Little Theat




This weekend is full of block buster fairs and festivals- but I think if you plan very carefully, you can manage to be at all of them.  The fanciful, unpredictable and always fun DUMBO Arts Festival will be going on all weekend with performances, exhibits, kid-friendly activities and serendipitous moments.  Another all weekend event is the innovative, tech-heavy Maker s Faire at the Hall of Science. This gorgeous survey of Jean-Michel Othoniel s 25 year career is worth a half-day visit. The colorful glass sculptures are mesmerizing and imaginative. All ages will enjoy the large scale glass sculptures like the conastaga wagon and bed frame and the smaller works of suspended beads.

In addition to teaching life lessons during the show, there will be a mini dance party and face painting afterwards. It's going to be "bear"mazing! We have all seen it a couple of times and it's super cute for the kids.
