Rugby League championship teams face a final battle in Blackpool to determine the 2012 Northern Rail Cup winners. The Hotels Blackpool has in the vicinity of the clash are gearing up for the Sunday session of a lifetime when Featherstone Rovers and Halifax RLFC meet on July 29 th , 2012.
Northern Rail have sponsored this championship event since 2005, and the cup final is synonymous with a long weekend of fun and sport. Blackpool promenade will host a multitude of rugby fans making their way to the final on Sunday. Blackpool's famous Bloomfield Road club venue is the scene of this clash of the titans.
With kickoff at 3pm, there is plenty of time to see the sights of Blackpool, the seaside, world famous fish and chips, amusement arcades, rides and the newest attractions on the promenade.
