We re thinking the airport hotels are doing well and if Suffolk Downs becomes a reality, I think tha




The former Kayem property in the waterfront district on Winnisimmet Street has been sold to a prominent Boston developer who will likely be clearing the old buildings in order to make way for a new venture which is likely to be a hostel or something akin to that.
It s a funky-shaped parcel and there have been some issues with previous developers there, he said. Paul Roiff is a fantastic developer and businessman, this project will not only elevate the neighborhood but the entire City of Chelsea.
