The house was newer then anticipated and well kept. We were happy to have a lot of inclusions like beach and bathroom towels as well as sheets european train travel for all beds. All appliances were working fine (frige, stove, washer/dryer, BBQ) and AC was just good enough to keep us comfortable at night. european train travel Somewhat desappointed by the distance to the beaches (at least 1. 5 miles). Also, some kitchen basic stuff should have been available (towel dishes, tablecloth, cutting board). But overall, very happy about our stay and we are keeping this rental option as a potential for future vacation.
The property was very functional and pleasant. The pool and the club house in the gated community were handy. The property was not close to the beach but was within a reasonable distance. Walking would have been a bit of a hike. It was right off Route 1 and was accessible to many sights and destinations. Overall, we were satisfied with it.
