Typical airlines to consider from the US to Israel are British Airlines atlanta five star hotels (change of planes atlanta five star hotels in London), El Al (I do find them to be probably the most expensive), Continental, Delta, Swiss Air (change of planes in Zürich), Air France (change of planes in Paris) Alitalia (change of planes in Rome) or Iberia Airlines (change of planes in Madrid).
